Rock Island Place Townhomes are a locally owned family business. With the Fuqua’s owning multiple local and non local businesses here in Ruston, Mr. Keith Fuqua has made it his initiative to supply local college students or Ruston residents with a safe and comfortable home. With his three children, he has experienced all the stages of their adulthood and wanted to ensure that parents would be proud to call this their child’s home!

The Process:

After you fill out our application, you will be on our waitlist for the following leasing year. We start leasing in the month of March for our townhomes that become available on August 15th or September 1st (you get two move-in day options)! Your lease ends on July 31st of the following year.
